Satellite Today has learned that Russia is expected to, within a month, send a proposal to South Korea that calls for a technology transfer to South Korea that would allow that country to build its own rockets to launch satellites into orbit. In addition, the proposal reportedly contains provisions allowing a South Korean astronaut aboard a Russian spacecraft.
