Stratos Global [TSX: SGB] has signed an agreement with Hughes Network Systems (HNS) to become a value- added reseller of DirecWay broadband satellite services to federal, state and local government agencies in the United States and Canada. As a value-added reseller of DirecWay, Stratos will provide a single point of contact for sales, installation, billing and ongoing support. The addition of DirecWay to Stratos’ existing suite of wireless IP, data and voice satellite services also means that Stratos customers will have access to a single-source provider for all of their satellite communications requirements.
