Space Imaging, a satellite imagery provider, announced Thursday that John R. Copple, its CEO since 1995, has resigned from the company to pursue other opportunities. The board has negotiated an agreement with Copple under which he will continue his relationship with the company (Thorton, Colo.) in a consulting capacity. Robert Z. Dalal, who has served as the company’s CFO since 2001, has been named acting CEO.
