Redwire Corporation will supply Terran Orbital with spacecraft components and solutions for satellite manufacturing, under a three-year supplier agreement announced Thursday. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Satellite manufacturer Terran Orbital is in the midst of going public through a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) merger. The company also recently announced plans to build a massive, 660,000-square foot manufacturing facility on Florida’s Merritt Island.

Redwire offers a range of advanced components and spacecraft solutions, including lightweight high compaction rollable solar array systems and avionics systems. Redwire is also a public company, it used a SPAC earlier this year

“This strategic partnership leverages our robust technology portfolio and highly innovative teams to enhance Terran Orbital’s satellite solutions while maintaining supply chain agility and meeting the mission requirements,” commented Peter Cannito, chairman and CEO of Redwire.
