[Satellite Today – 6-24-08] Humberto Henriques, formerly director, telecomm policy and regulatory affairs for Intelsat, has joined Telecomm Strategies Inc. as principal consultant, the company announced June 23.
Henriques has more than 22 years of experience in satellite frequency coordination and associated international and domestic regulatory activities, most recently serving as vice president, international regulatory affairs for WorldSpace.
Humberto will be based in Washington, DC.
