Wagner Named Radyne President, CEO

Radyne Corporation announced that Carl Myron Wagner would serve as its president and CEO, effective with Bob Fitting’s retirement Aug. 31.

Wagner arrives from General Dynamics, where he served as vice president and director of engineering for the space and national systems division.

Fitting will remain on the board of directors.
