Alcatel To Develop Liaison Between Satellite, Wireless

Satellite Today has learned that Alcatel has been named the prime contractor in a $27.2 million contract for the Liaison project, which aims to develop technology for use by public safety, utilities and other government entities that allows current satellite positioning technology to “liaise” with wireless technology.
