Viaccess, the French conditional access (CA) provider, won a key contract in the North American ethnic-TV market. Viaccess, a France Telecom company, signed a deal with U.S. operator Home2US Communications, which offers an open pay-TV platform using the SES Americom AMC-4 satellite’s Ku-band payload.
