Officials from Laser Recording Systems Inc. and SCL Ventures Ltd. recently said the companies have completed a share exchange and the combined companies now are operating under the name Weida Communications [WDAC]. The new company will be focusing on delivering satellite services to the Chinese telecommunications market.
