EchoStar Communications [DISH] President and COO Michael Dugan announced plans to retire from his posts April 30, after serving 14 years with the company. Dugan, 55, will continue to serve EchoStar by joining its board of directors May 6 and by serving as a senior advisor. He replaces Peter Dea, who has decided upon the conclusion of his term to resign from the board for personal reasons.
