BT Broadcast Services is providing transmission services for Philippine broadcaster ABS-CBN. The broadcaster’s programming will be delivered to viewers via BT’s DTH (direct-to-home) digital platform, which includes four pay-TV channels and two radio stations. The BT service includes compressed video transmitted over Eutelsat‘s Atlantic Bird 3 satellite for distribution across Europe, the Middle East and North Africa. The service also allows ABS-CBN to monitor the quality of its broadcast and programming from Manila.
