Nominations Open for the 2023 Satellite Technology of the Year Award

The Satellite Technology of the Year award recognizes a technology breakthrough that has reshaped the way the satellite and connectivity industry works now and for years to come. Technologies are evaluated on their ability to meet significant market demand; create considerable cost-savings or technical efficiencies; make a profit; improve quality of life; disrupt the market; and/or demonstrate a scientific breakthrough.

RULES

1. Each nomination will recognize: a single technology (spacecraft, product, service, etc.); the company that produces that technology; and the person or persons responsible for leading the technology’s development team.
2. The technology must be validated — it cannot be in development or conceptual stages.
3. The technology must be legally patented and free of any legal IP dispute.
