[Satellite Today 05-28-09] Spacenet and channel partner Orbital Enterprises have deployed their Connexstar satellite communications services to support enterprise networks for auto producer Star Race Cars, Spacenet announced May 27.
Star Race Cars said the deployment enabled faster transfer of large data and media files, VPN access, and support for wireless high-speed Internet access that is shared with the Star Mazda Racing Series officials during races.
The financial details of the service order were not disclosed.
