Xantic, a provider of mobile satellite communications, sold its worldwide software business line Amos to G&G. The transaction, which involves a combination of stock shares and assets, was completed May 4. The AmosConnect and Amos Mail services remain a part of Xantic.

Xantic confirms its intention to expand its installed base. This presently comprises more than 10,000 AmosConnect and Amos Mail end users, supported by a mix of communication, messaging and email applications.
