ViaSat Inc. said it was selected by Kongsberg Satellite Services AS (KSAT) of Tromso, Norway, to provide a 7.3-meter X-band receive and S-band telemetry, tracking and command antenna system for KSAT’s new ground station, named TrollSat, that is under development in Antarctica. The value of the contract between ViaSat and KSAT is approximately $2.2 million.
