EMS Technologies Inc. said it signed an agreement with Globecomm Systems Inc., under which Globecomm will resell EMS’s DVB-RCS hubs and terminals worldwide. Additionally, Globecomm will offer managed network services on an EMS DVB-RCS hub from its teleport in Hauppauge, N.Y., through its Globecomm Network Services Corp. subsidiary. Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
