China Delays DTH Satellite Launch

China News reported that China has delayed the launch of its SinoSat 2 direct-to-home broadcast satellite until next year. The satellite was expected to be launched this year, but has been delayed to allow the government to come up with regulations regarding the receiving and viewing of direct-to-home satellite transmissions.
