The Times of India reported on Jan. 2 that the Indian Satellite Research Organization has started developing 100 satellite interactive terminals and a sub-hub for Edusat for the Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU). The sub-hub and satellite terminals will help provide distance-learning applications in India.
