DirecTV [DTV] officials said the company would open two new owned-and-operated customer call centers in Tulsa, Okla., and Huntsville, Ala. The centers will employ up to 2,000 customer service representatives dedicated to providing technical support to DirecTV direct-to-home satellite broadcast television services. The centers are scheduled to open this summer.
