ABS has completed its move to Dubai as it looks to the next step of its growth path. It has successfully completed redomiciliation to the Dubai Development Authority (DDA). By establishing its base in Dubai, ABS is aiming to position itself to accelerate operational agility, scale faster and co-create solutions with partners across the GCC and beyond. The company announced the move, Oct. 16.

This move aligns with ABS’s strategy under private ownership and a new management team. ABS says this relocation shows confidence in the region’s potential and its commitment to building a future-ready organization rooted in agility and collaboration.

“Our presence in Dubai is a strategic leap forward. It brings us closer to our partners, aligns us with a world-class business environment, and empowers us to grow through a vibrant ecosystem of innovation and collaboration,” Mark Rigolle, CEO of ABS, said in a statement.

Rigolle joined ABS last year after the company rebranded as Agility Beyond Space (ABS), moving away from its former name Asia Broadcast Services.

The company also has a presence in the Philippines, Indonesia, the U.S., and Brazil.
