EchoStar has announced its financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ended Dec. 31, 2016. For the fourth quarter, the company reported consolidated net income of $39 million on $740 million in net revenue. Earnings per share came in at $0.40, with Earnings Before Interest, Tax, Depreciation and Amortization (EBITDA) of $229 million.

For the full year, EchoStar reported consolidated net income of $181 million on $3.06 million in net revenue. Diluted earnings per share came in at $1.92 with consolidated EBITDA of $884 million. The company also noted approximately 1,036,000 Hughes consumer broadband subscribers as of Dec. 31, 2016.
