[Satellite TODAY 03-08-11] Norsat International‘s board appointed Fabio Doninelli chairman and member of Norsat’s audit committee, the Canadian satellite company announced March 7.
Doninelli previously served as a strategy advisor to the Norsat board while holding the title of president and board member with the Prismafin hedge fund. He also exercises direction over the nearly 2 million Norsat common shares held by Prismafin.
Norsat said Doninelli’s role would continue to focus on strategic advisory, portfolio management and structuring funds.
