[Satellite Today 05-01-09] Communications and Power Industries Inc. (CPI) was awarded a three-year contract to supply solid-state power amplifiers to Swe-Dish Satellite Systems for use in the Swe-Dish IPT Suitcase and CommuniCase Technology product lines, CPI announced April 29.
CPI, which has supplied Swe-Dish with power amplifiers since 2006, said the value of the contract could total several million dollars depending on optioned exercised by Swe-Dish.
Work on the contract will be completed at CPI’s communications and medical products division in Georgetown, Ontario.
