[Satellite Today 04-29-09] In a push for U.S. broadband stimulus funding, WildBlue will demonstrate residential satellite connectivity of 18 megabits per second in Denver April 29, the company announced.
WildBlue and HughesNet, two of the larger satellite providers in the United States, are making a joint play for broadband stimulus funds.
“We have worked together with WildBlue to create joint-promotional advertising campaigns and initiatives on the broadband stimulus bill,” said Hughes spokeswoman Judy Blake.
