[Satellite Today 12-03-08] Stratos Global Corp. has introduced ChatCard Online 5.0 to improve the order-processing performance of its ChatCard and eChatCard maritime crew calling services, the company announced Dec. 2.
Stratos ChatCard allows shipping companies to enable crewmembers to stay in touch with family and friends while at sea via voice, email, SMS and now prepaid Internet access via the recent introduction of ChatCard Data on emerging Inmarsat technologies.
Stratos will migrate all ChatCard Online customers to ChatCard Online 5.0 in the coming weeks.
