[Satellite Today – 1-24-08] C2Sat, a provider of VSAT antenna systems, received its first order for its new C-band antennas, the company announced Jan. 24.
The order for its 2.4-meter C-band antennas comes from C2Sat’s distribution partner in Australia, Maritime Communication, for installation with a customer in Southeast Asia. The order is the first evaluation order in a larger tender.
“The order also confirms that last year’s intensive development work to broaden our product portfolio proves to be strategically correct,” Fredrik Hanell, C2Sat’s CEO, said in a statement.
