Inmarsat Extends Globecomm VAR Relationship to Maritime Market

[Via Satellite 06-09-2015] Inmarsat has expanded its relationship with Globecomm, a Value Added Reseller (VAR) for Global Xpress satellite services in enterprise and global government to include global maritime. Inmarsat’s Global Xpress Ka-band broadband satellite network is integrated with the company’s current L-band network.

Globecomm specializes in the design and integration of satellite communication systems and has an extensive global network. The company designs, installs and supports communications solutions for maritime along with other markets, and has expertise in cellular networks, satellite networks, mobile satellite communications and content delivery systems.
