The Qantas Group unveiled April 30 a new precision landing system that uses satellite technology to make landings more efficient, accurate and environmentally friendly.
The GPS Landing System uses technology developed by Boeing, Honeywell and AirServices Australia to provide aircraft with enhanced GPS information that provides accuracy within 1 meter.
