DirecTV Appoints Executive For Customer Service

DirecTV Inc. announced April 3 that Ellen Filipiak has been named senior vice president for customer service.
Filipiak will report to John Suranyi, president of DirecTV Sales and Service, and oversee all customer service operations, including all in-house and outsourced call centers.
