Caprock Communications has appointed Randy Neck vice president of marketing. Neck will be responsible for defining and managing Caprock’s global marketing strategy in its efforts to expand across multiple vertical markets and regions. Most recently, he held sales and marketing roles at OFS, formerly the optical fiber solutions division of Lucent Technologies.
