Hugh Panero, CEO of XM Satellite Radio, has resigned from the board of Vonage Holdings Corp., Vonage announced. Panero joined the board of the Internet telephone company in January, but resigned effective Aug. 18 due to the demands of his XM position, Vonage said in a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
