Indian Space Research Organisation Chairman K. Narayana will head a failure analysis committee to investigate the July 10 Geosynchronous Satellite Launch Vehicle (GSLV) failure that destroyed the Insat-4C satellite. The 15 members of the committee will review the performance of all subsystems of the vehicle and are expected to submit a report within a month, ISRO said.
