The acquisition closure by Infosat Communications Inc. (Infosat) a satellite communications service provider, of Able Communications Inc. (Able) a company providing turn key wireless communications solutions to the petroleum industry, is now more robust in its business offerings. Able will now operate under a new name, Able Infosat Communications Inc. (Able Infosat) as a wholly owned division of Infosat. The acquisition extends Able’s communications line to include advance fixed and mobile satellite communications systems. This acquisition will strengthen Infosat’s presence in the North American oil and gas industry, while opening several new business and market opportunities.
