Swe-Dish Satellite Systems will supply mobile satellite communications equipment to Arabic TV station MBC TV to boost the station’s live news coverage in the Middle East. MBC broadcasting stations will be equipped with Swe-Dish DA150K Drive-Away, a vehicle-mount antenna system. The roof box contains an antenna that automatically points towards the selected satellite and allows on-air broadcasting within 10 minutes, Swe-Dish said.

The value of the contract was not released.
