Euronews is available to mobile phone users in Spain after being added to the 3G television service of Amena, Euronews announced. Euronews‚ Live TV service also is available in Austria, Belgium, France, Portugal and Switzerland through nine different 3G operators.

“Euronews, Live TV service on mobile phone is a real success in Europe because the channel is already a mobile-adapted television service thanks to its all-image format with no talking heads and a choice of several languages able to answer to various national operators requests,” Philippe Cayla, chairman and CEO of Euronews, said in a statement.
