Integral Systems Inc. announced Dec. 15 that the U.S. Air Force has begun Milstar satellite operations using the new CCS-C (Command and Control System-Consolidated) satellite control system.

The system, based on Integral’s Epoch Integrated Product Suite software, provides ground control capabilities for the Air Force’s satellite communication programs, including DSCS 3, Milstar, Advanced EHF and Wideband Gapfiller. Additional satellite programs, such as Transformational Communications, may be added in the future.
