Tom Tulliehas taken over as CEO of Path 1 Network Technologies effective Nov. 15, the company announced. Tullie comes to Path 1 from Applied Micro Circuits Corp. (AMCC), where he spent nine years in a variety of executive management positions, most recently as COO of AMCC and president and CEO of AMCC Sales Corp.

Separately, Path 1 announced it promoted Jeremy Ferrell, the company’s controller, to the position of interim CFO.
