Nera Satcom said earlier this week it received the Satlabs Certificate of Compliance, verifying that Nera’s broadband satellite terminals comply with the DVB-RCS standard and can interoperate with other DVB-RCS-based satellite equipment.

The Satlabs Group, an international not-for-profit association of service providers, satellite operators, systems integrators, terminal manufacturers and technology providers, issued the certificate of compliance. The qualification program was launched earlier this year to provide an independent certification process to ensure interoperability between DVB-RCS terminals and systems.
