Shin Satellite PCL raised about 3.2 billion Thai bhat ($78.2 million) in a public stock offering, the company said June 2.
The Thai satellite operator sold 208 million new shares of stock priced at 15.3 bhat (37.6 cents) per share, according to documents filed with the Stock Exchange of Thailand.
More than half of the new shares, 110 million, were placed with institutional investors. The remaining 98 million shares were offered to the general public.
