OHB Technology AG and Apollo Capital Partners GmbH will acquire Man Technologies AG, OHB announced June 1.

Man, based in Augsbug, Germany, manufactures components for the main cryogenic stage, solid rocket motor and Vulcain propulsion system for the Ariane 5 rocket.

The company, which generated revenues of about 100 million euros in 2004, will be renamed MT Aerospace AG.

Details of the transaction were not disclosed.
