Iridium Satellite LLC named four companies as the first members of its newly created value-added developers program, the company announced June 1.
The program is designed to establish technical relationships with companies that have a particular expertise or capability to develop new products or services using Iridium technology.
The companies, Flight Explorer, Alexandria, Va.; Gannexion B.V., of the Netherlands; Oceanscience Group, Oceanside, Calif.; and Ontec Technologies of Phoenix, will work directly with Iridium service providers, resellers and manufacturers to distribute products and services.
