Eagle Broadband announced May 13 the implementation of a comprehensive corporate restructuring plan aimed at reducing costs, focusing the company’s resources to drive top-line growth and allowing the company to be a leaner, more responsive competitor in the broadband, Internet Protocol (IP) and communications markets.
The restructuring includes the formation of three main operating divisions: the IPTV Solutions Division, focused on the IPTVComplete and Media Pro IP set top box offering; the Satellite Communications Division, including on the SatMAX non-line-of-sight satellite communications technology; and the Broadband Services Division, focused on offering broadband, security and managed services.
