Access Intelligence announced three new additions to its Satellite Group:

• Jason Bates was named the new assistant editor of Via Satellite, Satellite Business Solutions and Satellite News. He most recently served as a staff writer for Space News and Aerospace Daily. In his role as assistant editor, Bates will be responsible for writing features, editing all publications and expanding the editorial focus of all satellite group publications.
• Adrienne Fierro was named the new senior marketing manager. She comes to the Satellite Group with more than 11 years of marketing experience with public as well as not-for- profit products, services and conferences. Fierro most recently served as the marketing and content licensing manager for The Journal of Immunology.
• Patricia Roux was named events coordinator for the Via Satellite events team, concentrating on SATELLITE 2006, SATELLITE EMEA 2005 and other specialty shows. She is responsible for speaker coordination, registration and logistics for all Via Satellite shows and programs.
