SkyStream, Helius Ink Cross-Licensing Agreement

SkyStream Inc. signed a cross-licensing agreement with Helius Inc. under which each company will license patented technology from the other in designing Internet protocol-based satellite and terrestrial networks. Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
