COM DEV International Ltd. named Keith Ainsworth as chairman of the company’s board of directors. He most recently served as the deputy chairman, and was the company’s CEO from 1999 until he retired in 2002. He has been a member of the board since 1987. Ainsworth succeeds the late Val O’Donovan as the company’s chairman.
