NDS Appoints New CFO

NDS, a leading supplier of Conditional Access (CA) and interactive TV solutions to satellite pay-TV operators around the world, named Alexander Gersh its new CFO. Gersh replaces Rick Medlock, who left to take up a similar position at Inmarsat. Gersh joins NDS from Flag Telecom, and he has played a key role in the telco’s post- Chapter 11 restructuring. Gersh will start his role with NDS at the beginning of 2005.
