iDirect Technologies, a developer of bi-directional, satellite-based broadband access solutions, named Jorge Raul Forgues as its senior vice president and CFO. He joins the company from Inter.Net Corp., where he also served as CFO.

In other iDirect news, the company has secured a $5 million line of credit from Silicon Valley Bank. The company did not say how the line of credit would be used.
