SpaceDev Secures DARPA Contract Expansion

SpaceDev [SPDV] was awarded a small expansion to its existing contract with the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) to examine satellite orbits that can be used to deploy and initialize microsatellites quickly over precise geographical locations. Financial terms of the extension were not disclosed.
