Motia Secures $12 Million In Third-Round Financing

Motia Inc., a semiconductor company that has applied its smart-antenna technology to the mobile in-vehicle satellite television market, closed a third round of funding. The round, led by Prism Venture Partners and including Intel Communications Fund, Axiom Venture Partners, Carrot Capital and Kodiak Venture Partners, raised $12 million for the company.
