GPS Industries [GPSN], a Vancouver, B.C.-based provider of GPS services for golf courses, announced its subsidiary Satellite Golf closed another deal. Satellite Golf’s latest customer is the Barrhead Gold and Country Club just outside Edmonton. Financial terms were not disclosed.

GPS units aimed at helping golfers to see course and hole graphics as well as hazards in order to improve their club selections on the course should be installed by the start of Canada’s upcoming golf season.
